Waiting for Godot...or the rain
« on: March 11, 2021, 03:02:40 PM »
Yeah - like Waiting for Godot - he never came and neither did my rain.
I rode out with rain in the forecast - hoping for another zen like ride of rain and dark.
Never happened!....but the morning was not without excitement. (fellow I've not seen before - off his meds - smashing hand cleaner stations in the darkened downtown with his cane & walking into traffic & raging profanely at passing cars. Apparently he was upset because he could not find a rest room. I phoned the village police and they collected him in about 15 mins.)

He did come and join me on the Group W Bench for a time. ( I did not enjoy turning in a fellow Group W bencher - but I use those hand cleaner stations!)

PS: 2nd scooter ride 48hrs after Moderna #2 - achy right arm - but bounced right out of bed at 5AM.

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Stig -

While you may have missed out on your existential zen experience in darkness and rain, and maybe Godot was right around the corner, your pics are peaceful and very zen-like. Thanks for sharing your pics.

Glad you had minimal symptoms from your 2nd Moderna vaccination.  Two friends of mine both complained of high fevers and some aches and pains after their second doses of Moderna.  But these are the kind of friends who probably would complain of symptoms after eating a Big Mac at Mickey D's.

Stay well.

Jeff
