Is it necessary?   I bought new Kymco and think they had everything figured out for me....and proved itself in use.

I love the two little blue adjustment knobs....something to play with so you can feel like you didn't just waste your $$.
And only 50£ to ship!

reminds me of something they sell for motorcycles that supposedly tricks the computer into thinking the outside temp is much colder than it really is, thereby enriching the fuel mixture. Most see it as an expensive gimmick.

I agree with John...Kymco usually gets it right, right out of the box. Save your money.

I agree with John and Iowa. My 300i gets 75 mpg on good summer gas (US) plus has good power while getting it. Grandson got a similar rig for his big fourwheeler to compete in mudbogs races. Looked more trouble than worth....his was way more expensive than 150€.
