K-Pipe 125 Start up Issues
« on: June 01, 2021, 01:57:28 AM »
Hello,
I just recently acquired a new 2018 K-Pipe. The bike is great when it gets going, but the initial start up has issues.
To start the bike from cold, I apply the choke and use the electric started, the engine cranks over and stops. I try to give it a little throttle and it starts and runs until i let go of the throttle, then shuts off on itself. It seems like i have to constantly apply throttle to warm it up, otherwise it will shut off.

After the bike has been ridden, and I go to start it up again, it starts and idles just fine. (ALTHOUGH  i had to adjust the idle screw because it would idle extremely low).

What is my problem with cold starts, why wouldnt the k-pipe idle without me applying some gas?!
