My kyMCO 150 has no power when I turn the key even though I put a new battery in with 13.5 volts no light or anything?

So, it was dead before you put the new battery in?
Anything happen around that time?
Scooter get rained on?
Crash?
Do some servicing?
Is it ridden regularly? and was running fine....and then one day found it dead?? Like that?
Expand our information for better help, please.
Yes do check your fuses...
