Vespa rider almost ATGATT...

Boots, gloves, jacket, helmet.....shorts -- when he spun-out on an on-ramp. Said he hit right about where the pad in his riding pants would have been.
He hasn't counted the stitches yet....

another "unforced error" in a single vehicle accident. Which is probably what most crashes are?
I know what I take away from that....

I've been guilty of dressing like that, lately..everything but pants...I only do it on my scooters,, never on the bike.

And kind of like Karl, EVERYTHING I wear stinks! I haven't washed anything this year (riding gear)...they all have a nice 'funk' going on.

I recently used orange degreaser spray, good German detergent and a soft scrub brush to return my hi viz FirstGear jacket to it's near new brightness. These hi viz colors fade over the years - but the dark road grime can be removed I found.
Search goes on for a future replacement full hi viz mesh jacket now that  these are no longer available.
