Dino makes a very stiff cup every morning  - no matter which bean he uses, so on an empty stomach - he gives me plenty of real half&half😊

He's trained his workers to make the coffee just the same way.
Working folks pull in front of his shop at 6:30AM.
Retired folks wait till 6:45 for his official opening😊

One morning,  just after the new hotel opened up the street from Dino's,  I stopped there for s cup of coffee on their fabulous porch. They brought me a little pitcher of skimmed ("non fat") milk for my coffee! It was like white water.
Haven't had coffee up there since...
