I've put a couple hundred miles on my new Pirelli Angels so far....and after the adventure with the tire valve I'm checking them very regularly!
I know scooters carry most of their riding weight on the rear tires .....and that consequently the rears always wear out much faster than do the front tires - but was surprised to see the difference in the Tire Nib Life , between front and rear.
If I didn't know better - (I keep the PSI in the tires meticulously these days) - I'd think my front is overinflated, while the rear is under - after looking at the life of the nibs!

BTW- that 'external' Colby tire valve is holding air perfectly.
Here's another brand of an external tire valve. You can see how it works....
Hard to think I've 7,500 miles on this Liberty - I still think of it as a brand new scooter, even though I bought it in 2017.... Certainly looks it and rides like one.
