I do believe that back rest is from an Isusu Rodeo. I bought one of those from the Burgman forum guy with the pre-bent stems and it was awesome.
Funny enough the first car I bought was a rodeo sport (2001). When I finally sold it in 2015 I gutted it and still have the head rests! So I'll have to go out and measure the distance between the rods.
