lotta bikes in my neighborhood...my favorites..

5 or 6 big bikes in my neighborhood. Most you can hear when they start them in the garage.....but my favs are the two guys who ride by on big, QUIET, adventure type bikes. Just burbling along by my window with just the mechanical noises and stock exhausts.. with those big side cases, fully geared up riders.
Riding without seeking attention is such a harmless pastime, and pleasant for the rest of us!

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.

Agreed. I binned the loud pipe and undersized number plate on my old Kawasaki. Attracted far too much attention from the Police!

On my BMW with catalytic converter and quiet exhaust you hear the air intake more than the exhaust.
In parts 200S and Grand Vista and my motorcycles 2 CS BMW'S and one GS BMW.

Sold-32 Kymco scooters of various sizes this summer.

Same goes for my Triumph Street Triple, the induction roar at full chat is quite intoxicating!!
