I am a Super 8 150 owner, about the same size as you. Previously I owned a HOnda Big Ruckus 250, and the Kymco has as much pep as the 250. It's nice and small and easy to move around by hand, especially in a crowded garage. If in a cramped space you can actually drag the rear wheel by holding onto the handles next to the seat, so if you are looking for ease of moving, this one will do.
Have about 1000 miles on mine, only problem I had was bad lighting coil that was replaced via warranty. Great scooter, good quality, nice looks.
Seat was a little bit hard so I just put a sponge rubber pad on it with bunjees.
No regrets whatsoever, good value, good quality, good looks, and 70+mpg.
As for maintenance, all I have done is oil change, no need to remove panels. To clean the air filter you have to remove the houseing, a no-brainer. To get to battery you have to remove one panel on floorboard.
One problem is I have not found a service manual so I am not sure where all the parts are ha ha.
Sponge.
