the shock is still in the water buffalo stage, in the meantime, I ordered some Doubletake Adventure mirrors, they came quickly, now I can see past my elbows

got to get some spacers or better yet, new springs for the front,  I put some zip ties on the forks, to measure sag, once I sit on the bike, I only have an inch of travel left

after how many weeks of water buffalo transport, Thailand thru Malaysia to Singapore, then sitting in customs before it flew to Chicago, to sit in customs again, before it got on a truck to Manchester, NH, then out to wrong town, back to Manchester, I hope I get my YSS shock tomorrow

I've been out a few hundred miles, so when I drop it off at the dealer to install the shock, I'll have em do break in service too, also going to an o-ring or x-ring chain, and up 2 teeth on the rear sprocket'

in front, I'll have them put in some preload spacers unless they can find a better spring rate for me. I suspect before I'm done, I'll do a whole fork swap, I'm using zip ties to keep track of travel, sag, etc. with my weight, I got so much sag, I might have an inch of travel left

performance wise, it's very comfortable (not the seat) under 55, as you go faster it starts to become sketchier, under 55, it still sips gas at around 100mpg, but over 55, it drinks gas, I dropped 3 bars on the fuel tank in 10 or 12 miles of 65mph on a primary route, just going with the flow of traffic
