Fuel lines
« on: June 25, 2022, 08:23:57 PM »
I might be late with this discovery but my super 8x150 would only run at idle and bog down when I opened the throttle. So I cleaned the carb and it ran great. Then it happened again so I changed the fuel filter but it happened again? It ended up being the fuel lines deteriorated from ethanol  gas and would break down and clog the jets. So I replaced it with tygon and a new filter now it works perfect. I hope this helps anyone who was struggling with this mysterious issue.
