Yeah, when I rode up over that rise, straightened out and saw that over my shoulder....and you have a 📷 in your pocket....

  Saw your U. S. Army license plate frame. Do they have veteran's plates available in Ohio like New York?

Yes. Various ones.
Don't know the extra cost. Frame was free at the license office when getting my new plate.
