The white one looks like a 3 wheeler. I like it because it has an easy chair for a seat.

Looks like 50cc is the norm, at least on this street.
But why a senior's ride parked with those for teens?
Photos of scooters parked on streets of Paris are 90% bigwheel
maxis'.....and often dozens in one place.
