I see some say they include a free de-restrict kit?   I also hear i should phave the factory install some $200 type of performance package as well?   Do the dealers charge for installing the de-restrict kit?

Any advice before buying would be great.....

Just check to make sure the bag with the smooth boss and jet are under the seat. You could ask if they will install if for free if you agree to buy the Super 8.

If they try to sell you the parts at an extra cost go buy the scoot somewhere else because the shop is already trying to cheat you.

I've been to a few power sports dealers recently, for oil, parts, or to look at motorcycles and whatnot. Very rarely are there any scooters in stock. I had to wait almost a month for mine last year.
