When I turn on Key there is a little red led in the engine compartment, blinks 2 long 1 short,  21  P0105 ? any way will not clear,  will not start,  attempts to start but not even close. ?
any help greatly appreciated
checked all other sensors, voltages and resistances, all look ok,,, no codes in front panel either.

That's the TPS code, right? It just occured to me you could get it in range if it is. You got the sensor to work smoothy, didn't you? You still getting that code because it is still out of range. All the ECU sees is voltages. For this it is about .5 to 4.5  volts or something like that. Anything below or above and the ECU posts that code. Service manual will have the limits.

Another thing that may help this is to treat EVERY connector on your machine with silicone dielectric grease. This should restore any light corrosion and prevent much further.

P0105 is atmospheric pressure.
P1120 and P1121 are TPS
No more TPS codes in front panel but blinking led in engine compartment ?
