Hoo, this sonds a bit like an infomercial and it is not exactly backed up with anything. Sorry.
I have unfortunately always kept scoots outside and the only issue is "whitening" of the black matte plastic parts after two or more years.
One would expect problems with corrosion of the contacts in the electrical system.

However, I would not keep a regular motorcycle outside.

I dont think it's rocket science to figure out keeping one's scooter(anything really) inside vs outside will prolong it's life quite a bit.It's backed by experience and real world proof.Havn't you ever seen peoples autos who keep em in their garage vs outside? How you can argue differently is beyond me.It's so obvious I don't think anyone is going to take the time to prove it to a doubter.]

I would say mine's about a 9.5, only being ridden one season with 1400 miles on it. It's only ridden recreationally on nice days and not for work, is kept in a garage, so it has a pretty easy life.
