Good day,

It is all stock , the only mod i did it is with the cdi box ... original it was running at 60KM/H ... with the mod 72/75km/h

I plan on trying some mod to get more speed at red light ... and not loosing speed uphill...

Not sure will try yours ... because i was thinlink you were running faster than mine with these specs...

But already order malossi vario ...

Stefan

All in stock, good :D any idea what can be relevant tuning parts, as I dont have stock parts, but as I understand after so much testing, stock is the best for this scooter.

Hi to All,

if you thinking to buy Leo Vince excsaust... do not buy it!
For Kymco People it does not give anything. Only Chopper sound :D

This is just the info I was looking for.... Do you know the spec of the yellow spring?
1000k 1500k or 2000k?

Cant wait to get my #85 main jet now.... #88 is too much.

Hi yes, if you will look Malossi springs...your question is little bit unclear :)
But I will try to answer.

If you asking about 3 springs in the clutch...then its like middle power/acceleration, soft is white, middle is yellow and strongest malossi is black.
If you are asking about the torque sping, big one, then malossi has classified: White is 1000rpm, yellow is 1500rpm and red is 2000rpm.

I used original torque sping, any chinese stock spring will fit ;) and 3 yellow malossi springs in the clutch + 5gramm rolls, original drive belt, boss drive is 37mm ( original I think is 38? ). And jet is 84 not 85, this seems to be best really.
Unrestricted cdi + iridium spark plug.

Now I ordered Dr Pulley sliding rolls 5gramms let see what happen, if I also add/change this....where those rolls are fitted :D dont know in english.

In this case I can say that my weight is 110kg :) and scooter runs 65-70km on flat road, down the hill :D its like A bike :D

If you were most happy with 5g rollers you should have went with 6g sliders.
Always go 1g heavier with sliders.

Finally got Dr Pulley 5g. rolls...
Perfect, what else can I say.
Variator is finally set as it should, unrestricted CDI, Iridium spark plug and slider rolls.
Now its more like 125cc

Tested it: hill is 45degrees, before 35km/h max, now 45 without a problem. Very fast takeover, end speed is about 65km/h with my 110kg body on it.

If there is any questions about Kymco People S 50cc, I think finally I know all :D

45km/h is still pretty slow, even for going up a hill.
ZX50, 47mm cyl. kit, TZR50 CDI. Michelin Pilot Sport tyres,
Next performance mod; pumping the tyres up.

This is a four stroke model, so its not so bad.
Or if you have suggestions for the 50cc, best perfomance :)

Agreed....
And trust me, you will never know it all, there is way too much involved in modding your scoot.
