I've got one too. Black plug with 2 green wires. Not connected to anything. I asked about it on this forum and Zombie thinks it's just for technicians to use when testing.

...that's probably a wire going to "ground"...for use when diagnosing electrical issues...
..with an ohmmeter, one could verify that pretty easily...
