Green Dragon Winter Ride
« on: November 30, 2010, 03:45:06 AM »
So last week i got a new camera and i always try them out on a ride. This time i took a tripod along and did lot's of staged shots on some of my favorite twisties. So this is a video of the riding within 20 min of my house. Where i go to clear my head after a day in the office.

Hmmm.  Does it not just show up?  Maybe click on it and watch it on the YouTube home page?

No, WT, I'm sorry. I wish it did. This system only came with one player on it. And I have been trying for days to learn how to download, configure, compile, install, etc. on this system.

Thanks glopezz05 don't forget the pics!

Rianna - sorry i'm no help.  Maybe if you pause the video and let it load up first then hit play?  I use a Mac so i don't know a thing about going "under the hoof" on a computer.   :P

Dang it! Glopezz says it's good and now I really wanna see it!!

LOL...no problem, WT. Windows I can manage but I'd likely be just as lost on your Mac as I am on this Linux over here! Pausing didn't help. I checked for a newer version of the player...no such luck. I'll get it...eventually. :)

And glopezz...WHERE ARE THOSE PICS?!? I can actually see those...lol.

After reading a few log files and doing a bit of research it seems my video card has no drivers available, proprietary or open source, for linux. :'( And I was so happy to finally have video on the other computer. :'( I'm surprised it even tried to work at all. I suppose I'll just have to go back to reading all the comments on vids and imagining how nice they are.

Cool glad you all liked it.  I do love my little peace of "Twisty Riding Heaven"!

Watching the videos again myself to get me through these below freezing days.   :'(
