+1 what Stig says..
Seeing this injector video:
-this jets/piston inside their are worn out, IMHO

Don't have an "i" model here right now, but will get a 500i in next days, to experiment with.
By chance I will test its injector too.

Okay just meassured the pressure from fuel pump ones more, and now almost no reaction on manometer!

So instead of ordering my third injector, I took out the one year old pump and this is what I found.

Don't really know how it could produce pressure and then no pressure and then pressure again if that is what caused the problems. But off cause this started as a small hole in the hose. And maybe in the beginning it actually caused the bad running and idle. And then also mayby newly cleaned injector needed a little less pressure??
And then eventually the hole got too big and pressure was gone and scoot dead??

Or maybe I just got unlucky and got problems with both clogged injector AND leaky fuel hose at the same time.

Lesson learned is for shure that a cheap pump is maybe ok, but don't use the hoses!

Anyway seems to be running now again and it really helped me problem solving to know my injector did not produce the right dusty spray that it should. Maybe my videos can be used by others.

Thank you all again again

Will test drive tomorrow again - uphill always  ::)
