Sounds like a CVT issue. Rollers to light, or belt wore out or wrong belt.

I already changed the pads and the belt. Old and new belt - same issue.
I will check rollers, thanks.

Well. Thanks all. Variator was repaired in service.
I guess, that this detail was a reason for slow speed:
degraded stopper ramp plate 22133-lba2-e00

I also had a defective ramp plate which caused sudden acceleration issues.

Makes sense, opens front pulleys further than planned, belt lowers, less power on clutch.
This bigger motors are really sensitive on their three different shaped washers.

Good day, guys.
In addition,
I replaced the expensive Mitsuboshi belt with an original one, already relatively cheap from eBay. the length is the same, visually 3-4 mm wider. The scooter is finally back to 150/7500 speed
I SO f***ing happy.

warning, my kymco 500i are 2010 year. (if this important)

OEM KYMCO belts are the only way to go......but owners will spend a lot of effort trying to match the size.
Close, unlike grenades, is not close enough.
