Kymco Agility 125cc Stall and problems

Hi, my Agility (22k km) has stalled twice over the last 3 days, first time it started again after a couple of presses but today it just spluttered and stopped when tried to start, I then started pushing it home as only a few blocks away, about half way back I tried starting it again and it started but the engine light stayed on. Drove home, went inside for a little bit and went to start again (added a little oil it wasnt empty about half way up the dipstick) and it started fine and the engine light didn't come on. Both times this happened was in the rain although I never went in any deep water. Any ideas on what is happening?

In this case I would start with basics, like..
METIN  box out...

At carburator model.
-check sparkplug, cap and cable to coil
-check fuel support, fuel filter, lines
-airfilter out
-vacuum hoses all plugged
-see if it helps  when you open your fuel cap
-side stand switch if mounted
-starter switch, kill switch
-this two thin cables to ignition coil
-front panel off, check all relais
-is all electric working properly, lights, brakelights, indicators?

At injection model  the same plus checking connectors/cable to CO -sensor.

Give us a break and tell us what year and model Agility we're talking about. Don't be shy - tell us everything, every detail. It makes a big difference!  Otherwise we're simply guessing.
