Those metal panels don't bounce...
His metal leg shield was creased, too, (and front fender) in this simple tipover.
Those covers can turn a scooter into a schooner!

Often the recommended 'fix' for this is....a big decal or sticker.

I think Vespas are beautiful scooters...but to repair damage you need metal and paint work. Expensive.
