NSR: changing times

There to the left on my coffee shop was a favorite, the EARTH ROSE, operated by Ed Oxley, from 1970- 2021., Yellow Springs, OH.

Ed passed and a local celebrity purchased the building - had it razed (a restoration expert declared it beyond saving)....and is having this new store-front, w/apts above constructed. I doubt very much that this new shop will be offering the eclectic, wild and wonderful variety which Ed's shop was famous for. But, we'll see....

I enjoyed taking photos in Ed's shop window....my LIKE200i across the street.

In SanFransico, 1967 I saw a sign in a coffee house which read:
"please be seated and wait until the employees are finished socializing - if you are in too much of a hurry, perhaps you ought to go elsewhere - since you would probably not fit into the atmosphere of this establishment anyway."

Ed had this sign on his door...

Changes.
