Roadcraft to include surfing??
« on: June 26, 2024, 12:23:23 PM »

I think I've relearned something about surfing.
Something I witnessed in 1967 - when I was living out of a backpack on the beaches of Baja Mexico.
Everyday, just at daybreak, I'd watch the young gals and guys down from SoCal, go out and surf the morning swells.
Soon the on-shore winds would increase, the waves turned to chop....and they'd bring their boards in.
Seeing the same here along the Carolina shore.
Sunrise swells bring out a few surfers. Wind comes up and they're finished.
I think this is correct?

And, I'm feeling a little peculiar.
