I rode to the Paris Landing/Kentucky Lakes area for a group camping/riding event. I stopped part way in Carlyle, IL on the way down and at Ray Behrens state Park on the way back... both of these are ACE campgrounds where I can get half price campsites. It rained hard the first morning after arriving but was nice weather the rest of the time.
