^ Found it if anyone else needs it for UK here it is :) free delivery 9 pound
Is it also worth changing the exhaust http://www.kymcoscooterspares.co.uk/spares/partImage.asp?GPN=VLV7470
would it increase speed or just make it sound louder lol

I have the CDI cut once the de-restricted boss is in place what will my top speed be on flat?

Is it worth doing anything to the rollers, upjetting carb or air filter? or should I leave alone

Not to sound like a broken record, but you need to put in the bigger jet (#82) to get the most out of your derestricting.

If you want to increase speed, going with a free flow air filter will make a bigger difference than upgrading the exhaust.  Costs much less and gives you a much bigger boost in speed.

Tuning the variator is very worthwhile to do.  Changing the rollers can have a big impact on how the scoot performs.  And it isn't hard to do.

just go up a size with the jet and then leave it a alone.you can only do so much with out haveing a problem later . I have been keeping a eye on those that do do more to there scoots and I would say 8 out of 10 are just asking for it later. have fun and happy scooting.

Never tried that so I can't advise.

As for the rollers, a lot will be a matter of personal taste and driving conditions.

Lighter rollers give you more pickup off the start and are good for hills so are useful for people who do a lot of stop and go or face hills.  How much more pickup you want and the types of hills you climb will factor into how much lighter you want to go.

So the weight will depend on how you like your scoot to respond, weight of the driver, etc.

Usually you need to do some experimenting and see what works best for you.  6gm weights wouldn't make that much difference from your stock 6.5 gm weights so you might be disappointed with them.  Or, they might work great for you.  As I said, you don't know until you try.

You can buy roller kits that have a variety of weights to test out.  Once you've figured out what weight works best, I'd just buy some Dr. Pulley sliders in that weight and use them.
