Scientifically proven? Well, maybe.
It's fun, even if it doesn't.

I've commented about the physical aspects of riding my scooter - I can tell I've done something physical....- and the zen-thing I get into when riding a well-known road at night with the rain ticking off my helmet.
Ear plugs help me relax, too and focus - I always use them.
Thanks Neil!

I think it does. If nothing else, it motivates me to stay fit—mentally and physically—in order to keep riding into…uh, an advanced age.
