« on: June 17, 2012, 04:51:25 PM »
I have some problems with my ZX50 machine  ??? sometimes is starting without problems and works great, after 13000km still is going with speed 70km/h but in last few days i have sometimes problems with starting. How i have find information i have take off the spark to see, and what to see...carbon deposits and a lot of oil. I have install new one but i have figure out that in machine is going to much oil!!!

So can someone help me and tell me how can you control, if has way to do that, how much oil (more or less) to go in machine??? I think that for that is Control Cable but i'm not sure how much and how to do that??? So please help me???

Look at the index marks on the oil pump where the cable joins. the index needs to be in the middle of the "V"... The 2 nuts attached there allow for adjustments..
"SEA-FOAM" will take care of any carbon deposits you have..... ;)
