A125 can haul itself and approximately 200 kgs of passenger weight up 18 % hill sustaining speed of 55-60 km/h.

I haven't found one yet it couldn't climb and I've tried some pretty steep hills.

I live in a hilly city, very near the confluence of two major rivers, so "Zippy" should have no trouble.
