If you don't acquire the name of the head person, may I suggest addressing an E-Mail to: To Whom Concerned and it will probably get to that individual you are seeking. info@kymcousa.com

I inquired once about a service manual and had a reply from an Amanda Bridges. Don't know her rank or serial number.

I think they have a relatively small group of employees there and everyone is involved in the Customer Service aspect.

Add "Vivian Stevens" to the list of customer service folks at Kymco. Got a message back from her that they never received my first two which went over the default MS Outlook e-mail that pops up from their website. The last message went over Yahoo which is my normal e-mail server. Vivian said she would contact the dealer to find what I needed.

Heard NOTHING  from ANYONE this week from either dealer or Kymco. I guess they think I will get discouraged and go away.

I tried another door for you.  Sorry, I can't share it with you but I pointed them here.

Got the box from the dealer yesterday the 14th! dink parts are the same numbers since the battery cover/clamp had the number I supplied on it and it fit. The four screws REQUIRED should be M5-70x 12 to 16mm long and the dealer sent 4 sheet metal types! I went to Lowe's and got four metric screws and finished the job. then I sent a follow-up e-mail to Kymco USA and the dealer out lining all of this with kind of a sarcastic twist: I will get a Kymco again and I may even go  to this dealer again BUT I will conduct a pre-delivery inspection prior to closing the deal to try to prevent this kind of aggravation. It always takes 15 phone calls and 15 e-mails.....

Another update on this: cover is still in place and battery is still secure. However DO NOT BOTHER to put fuses in the spare fuse holder on the battery cover/clamp. I did and when I did the valve adjust and removed the seat box all but one of the spare fuses were missing. They sit there with only gravity holding them in and a couple of good bumps musta removed them! I am gonna keep spare fuses in the seat box from now on.
