starting-up 2008 People 150 with just 16 miles

I have a 2008 People 150 with just 16 miles that has been parked in my garage. I have charged the battery and I had put sta-bil in the gas tank. I would like some advice on how I should proceed before I try to start the engine. Thanks.

If it had gas in it drain it all out and replace it with fresh gas with 1 oz per gal of seafoam additive , change the oil , check the air filter and inspect all the rubber parts for dry rot . Good luck .
