Agility 125 exhaust leak?
« on: June 23, 2011, 10:52:48 PM »
First off, I recently purchased my first scooter! '09 Agility 125. I only use it for back n forth to work. My trailblazer SS at 11mpg wasn't cutting it anymore, so now it sits. I LOVE this little thing!

I felt an exhaust leak from under the bike. Im guessing where the pipe meets the manifold? Are these holes supposed to be there as a form of relief or something? The thing is starting to run a little goofy and before I take it to the dealership, I figured I'd get some advice from the pros on this site! Thanks for all the help!

It does look like something is not right there, possibly a bad weld.  Have you checked the 2 exhaust bolts to make sure they are tight?  On my P150, they tend to come lose so I check them at every oil change.  Good luck!

Yes, the welds are leaking, can be rewelded.
