Motor identification
« on: June 22, 2011, 11:41:18 PM »
I have a 2011 Agility 50 with engine code KG10SA is this the same as a 4T or a GY6 or 139QMB.
I look for parts to mod my scooter and these engine codes come up.
I would all so like to know what are the best mods to do to get it to take off faster.

its hard to have both if you have better take off you might lose top end. and if you have good top end you well lose take off. its all in the rollers you put in. try 5.5 rollers there good for take off and you can keep a good top end.

The motor in your agility is a 139qmb model engine that is the GY6 type set up is the best way I can think to describe it. Kind of like a Chevrolet Silverado Limited Edition is still a Silverado but different that a basic Silverado. Anything that says 139qmb should always fit your scooter and things that just say GY6 should too but some GY6 stuff might be for a larger engine with the same model.

Hope that helps... Someone else may be able to explain things in a little more detail.
