Right, Vivo.  Whenever my black plastic starts to look even a little gray I go over it with Meguire's interior protectant and it looks good again.

Yup, and dust and dirt won't adhere easily. If ever they stick, they come right off with a spray of water. If you don't like the shiny appearance of some protectants, there are matt variants.  There are other automotive products that are good for our scoots. Using motorcycle specific products is rubbish. You can use car care products for your scoot.  I personally use car tire foam for my bikes but not for the tires. I use it to clean hard to reach places. Just spray and walk away. BTW, be careful with protectants. They contain silicones and are slippery. Don't apply them on handlebars, floors, and saddles.
