2012. 300i turn signals

Hi, newbie here. I think I,ve seen some info on this before. Are the front ,under lens cover,turn signals complete, just not connected? Can they be made to operate as full time running lights? Since I,m not knowledgeable in electric wiring, can anyone point me in the right direction to make them function as running lights. KISS please.

The write-up on the front signal mods will be coming - have been very busy unfortunately and the camera with most of my photos in it is currently traveling around Thailand..  I've also been procrastinating on the write-up because my latest revision of the "lighting mods" has the low beams (previously converted to HID) being converted to a projector beam with a very sharp cut-off and no glare to oncoming traffic.

Edfw, both wires going to each front socket is connected to the ground wire.  You will have to do a bit of re-wiring to get them functioning again.  In the write-up I'll have both a basic "get them flashing along with the signal mirrors" and also some more advanced tips on how I got the dual-color, running lights, alternating upper/lower "wig-wag", etc shown in the video in the thread mentioned above.
