Almost new like 200i won't start....help!

I've lurked around here and taken in a lot of good information, but I know have an issue that I'm hoping someone can offer some assistance with. 

My like 200i has about 600 miles on it.  Got back from initial service about a week or two ago.  Yesterday I ran to the hardware store on it and when I can back out of the store to head home it wouldn't start.  The started goes but it won't kick on.  I'm a bit perplexed. 

I know this is extremely broad and there isn't a lot of info to work with, but any passing ideas as to what could be the culprit?

Really extremely broad....  you have gas? spark? air? Dunno where to start....   Let's start with, do you have experience with scooters or motorbikes? or how the engine works? If yes, we can go further...

Assume flooding, turn throttled full and crank for 3 seconds, stop cranking, release throttle and try starting again. Also try mapping the sensor. Turn throttle full, turn on ignition but do not crank, hold for 10 seconds, release for 5 seconds then turn off ignition. Try starting now.
