2012 Downtown 300i change(s)
« on: March 09, 2012, 02:25:04 AM »
Hi, My dealer has a new white Downtown 300i 2012 model. The first thing I noticed is on the grip behind the Kill switch is an emergency flasher button. I don't think there are any flashers at all on the 2011 model.

Not sure of any other changes, but of people find them please post away..............

We had the emergency lights on the 2011 already, and you're already aware of the CVT difference..  ;)

It's a small trade off IMO to have the better fuel consumption then having a scooter with hazard light option but consume higher amount of fuel.

I'll be more than willing to trade my Hazard light option for your fuel consumption though :D

I am happy overall. Would I like the SuperDink Spanish 2011 32HP, surely I would but I can live with what I have. I actually am on the better end of MPG per fuelly. Even after the DR Pully change it seeems I have only lost about 1 or so MPG.

In the end I am sure the right grip is replacable and the wiring can be cacked even if it is not PnP..............
