1800 miles this should be broken in.

I am waiting to see if I have a warranty before I open anything.

Right now just maintenance, oil change and air filter clean.

:peekshisheadaroundthecorner:  ;D Mmmmyellow?  Long time, eh?  I had the same problem when I first got my S8.  And, like Zombie said, you need to clean, and de glaze the clutch bell.  I had the same exact problem.  Opened it up, checked out what was doin' in there, and got cleaning, and scrubbing.  Piut everything back together, and voila!  Done and done.

No idea about the chips though....though by now, I'm sure that's been taken care of...

It looks like someone chopped up a beer can and threw it in.

The local Kymco Dealer sucks. I can't get info from them.

I figure, if it breaks it breaks. Just hopefully before the warranty is up in July.

They should just tell you to go to the forum as you ride out the door. I think 80%ish of the posters have had the SAME experience. Another member suggests it's cause scoots are not taken seriously! THUS my 50cc passion. Even I think they are just toys. Mattel don't care if Barbies head falls off...
