Any alarm system would do just fine. Here is a diagram on how to install the alarm module:

There are several types in the market. Nice ones have GPS / GSM on them.  You can locate your scoot and stop the engine using your cellphone.

Any on line alarm is fine. You can get one installed for under 100.00 in most auto stereo shops.
