Introduction and of course questions
« on: July 26, 2012, 04:32:09 PM »
Greetings fellow scooter enthusiasts.

I have a short story to tell you as part of my introduction.

While perusing craigslist I happened upon a gentleman giving away a free hot tub.

What does this have to do with scooters you ask? I'm getting there.

So I think to myself, AWESOME! hottub? who doesn't want a free hot tub? no one, cause that'd be crazy!

So just before I leave to go pick up said hot tub, ANOTHER gentleman posts that he wants a hot tub, and he's willing to trade a scooter for it!

you see where I'm going with this?

So I pick up the hot tub, drive across town and drop it off at this guys house, and there, sitting in his back yard, the sun glinting off the partially faded blue paint was my new best friend.

I call him Scoot...he's awesome. He's an Agility 125, and we go everywhere together.

the end. :D

So scoot didn't come undamaged, I think he was layed down at some point because both rear blinkers are broken off the scoot. The right blinker is still there, but the clip that it attaches to and screws to the scoot is broken ( does that make sense? ) and the left blinker is just wires.

Is there a blinker kit that i should buy? Or can i just get any after market blinkers?

Look forward to talking to you guys about my new BFF!
