Nope, the only ignition part that helps with speed is a CDI without revlimiter.

Racing coils, leads and caps are just a waste of time and money ...

(if your current OEM parts are in good condition that is - and if they aren't, I still suggest you replace them with the right OEM parts instead of cheapo so called "racing" stuff)

Never touch any cheap or unbranded "Racing parts" as mono said. :)

Keep it Kymco or use the big experienced tuning brands, as Malossi and Naraku, as these are some of the oldest, best and most acknowledged producers of motor parts for scooters. These more expensive, but they are that because these companies have educated engeneers working to perfecting and optimising their products, so they will do the best for the engine. ;)
