I just stumbled across this board today.  I spend most of my time over at Zumaforums.net

I bought this used 2002 Super9 LC a couple years ago.  I also have a 2005 Zuma.

Here's a video a friend of mine shot after I first bought it.  His indicated speed while following me on the highway was 56mph.

I have been riding it for over a year and just bought some new parts last weekend.  Drive belt, Malossi Green Contra, variator v-bushings, air filter (previous one is torn up).  I'm running 5g rollers right now which I think are a little heavy.  I found that someone drilled holes in the back of the airbox.  I would like to upgrade to the RS II pipe because it seems a little down on torque compared to my 70cc Zuma.

How many revs can the stock crank take?

Welcome!  Nice Super 9.

Yeah, the RSII would be better for sure.  I'm revving my stock crank to 12,000 RPM plus, but I can not yet speak for it's longevity as I not quite finished my build.  The Kymco cranks are pretty tough though.  They have thrust washers, good lubrication to the bearings, and are robust overall.  I know that on the Zuma engine the crank is a concern, but I don't think you really need to worry much about your Kymco crank unless it's been though some really rough times or high milage.

Looks like custom paint on your scoot?

Zuma is cool too.  Is the wiring going up to a tach or GPS?

That was wiring to a cheap temporary tach. that I was using for rollertuining.  I currently have the Stage6 Multimeter installed on that Zuma.
