Considering getting a 2t for a second scoot. Since there are no 2t scoots available in the market, I'm stuck with old/used ones. The Beta Ark seem great but quite pricey. Another old 2t is the Kymco Top Boy 100cc. Any of you guys familiar with this scoot? performance? how tunable is the engine? TIA!
