If I was to drill my own jets what size drill pits would I need to do 80 to 90.

That would depend on the carb and how much more fuel you'd like to deliver. I'm no expert (far from it) but I always just paid for aftermarket jets. When you don't have a drill press, it's just easier.

The reason why im askeing is I got in to rebuilding carbs and I have like 60 laying around and a lot of spare parts so it would be better to drill out the jets I have. then go by more.
