There are luminous paints out there that are non-toxic and non-radioactive, they contain something called Alkaline Earth Metal Aluminate Europium Doped. Seems theyre safe, or so they say........
Think this is one of them http://glowinc.com/detail.aspx?ID=37

Would never se any radioactive paints, even if its only remotely dangerous to me or my kids. Also near in mind if you did spray a complete scoot then later want to change it then you need to sand off the luminous paint which cant be good if its radioactive in any way.

Why is all the cool and fun sh** so dangerous ??? Smoking, drinking, drugs, unprotected sex, cakes, etc, etc.
