is restricted stock. Newer models more than your 2001. If you're doing 50 then it's been de-restricted... Except for the exhaust. That means you're ready to throw a kit on it
. Stock exhaust is always restrictive by nature. Not so much on the 01. They do get clogged with carbon though.

I have a Malossi BBk and it's great. Malossi 19mm carb kit(Dellorto) matches the kit great. I love my Dellorto
. Tecnigas is a common exhaust brand on the forum. If you do go that route I suggest spending a little extra and getting the RS2 pipe. It will match the BBK better and allow higher RPMs. Here is a great link to an exhaust comparison chart

Make sure you get the jetting right. I can't emphasize this more.
If you don't know much about tuning a carb, do your homework. Learn about how to do a plug chop. Google and Youtube are your best friends. Take the time to do it right. Good luck and happy scooting
