wiring issue

I was given a 2005 venox 250, some assembly required. I have everything back together except one wire on the right side of bike coming from behind the cover with reflector on it is a blue and green wire the green wire runs down and around the bottom of the right-side crankcase cover, the blue wire with plastic connector cover is the one I can not figure out where it goes.

 ::)on some scooters the harness is for several different scooters , on my downtown 300 I have 2 wires up front and 1 wire on the right side  with nothing to hook them up to,.   and on my Piaggio there is 2 wires just back of the gas tank with no where to hook them to.  if your scooter runs well don't worry,  or you would have to bring it to the dealer and put a diagnostic tool to check it out,
