if its that loud ill be too embarist to ride lol.with that gates belt it rides like sh*$. but will order tomorrow clutch springs, torque springs, carb jet set, open filter, some more roller shels,
when that new belt comes should run better then will start with the rest of the mods, but as you said one at a time lol will have to resist.got next 2 days off work so its meeeeeee time.

I would put my old belt back in again till the new one arrived. I always measure the new one against the old if its a brand i never used before, many come up short.
Chaos is my co-pilot.

well if that not bad enough i bought a gates belt for the a 50. £21.50. it is way to short. putting in high. so it trys to stall on pull of. when gets going it will reach 40 on flat( think at 40 belt is fully stretched) but its done my head in the last week so new belt has been ordered.narku

i have a naraku belt sitting in my parts box. the belt was a little longer and i could hear it slapping the inside of the cvt cover so i changed it straight back to the oem belt to avoid doing any damage.

probably will get another oem belt and see how i get on with it.

i would suppose it would be ok. when its colder the air is denser meaning more air (presumably) is going into the combustion chamber..dont know if because of the denser air you will need a bigger jet.....this is just speculation though havnt ran the Ag with the polini in the cold yet.

found out last week that when deresting a agility the belt will rub on the bendix. so it may not be the belt as such. was told that you have to take the bendix out when fully derestricting. had the same with my narkau belt wore it down a little where it was rubbing. took the bendix out, now not a problem. the belt is perfect. but have to start on kick start.
